Linkt App - New Timeline UI
Create a new UI for Linkt App to provide the client with a different look and feel option. In this new UI, we will remove the illustration of the map and the path from the map. Unexpected visit reports and instruments will also add to the New UI.
My Role
The major project underway at Datacubed was to create a new timeline experience for clinical trial studies. We needed to find a way to integrate the new features and new UI into the existing app set across Android, iOS, and the web.

The architectural problems we discovered in the existing apps presented a major barrier to adding new features. Therefore I worked on the direction to solve the problem:

Research user needs across devices

Build a new information architecture for the apps based on these needs

Build and test a new mobile prototype based on this new architecture
Competitor Analysis
To design the timeline UI, I did an analysis to get inspiration for the design.
UX Strategy
After the competitor analysis, I start with UX Strategy for Product Design. I also designed a customized UX strategy canvas for the workshop with executives.

After exploring the product direction, I worked with the tech leads and stakeholders on defining the Minimal Valuable Product and visual design. The MVP utilized the current app technology architecture and kept consistency with the current design style.
