Linkt Admin Portal
Redesign
Linkt Admin Portal is a web-based administrator Saas tool for clinical setup, enrollment, compliance monitoring, and data analysis.

We redesigned the admin portal after I joined the Datacubed health team.
My Role
UX Director, Information Architecture.
​I oversaw product designers to redesign the admin portal experience. I worked closely with the stakeholders and development team to lead the overall strategic vision of the work while providing more specific guidance and feedback to the design team to oversee the creation of a flexible, modern design system and converted the admin portal to a user-friendly, client-facing product.
Card-sorting Workshop
I organized the card-sorting workshop with the end-user for redesigning the navigation. The 2 hours workshop with designers, developers, and end-user is very efficient and effective.
Sitemap
I created the sitemap after the card-sorting experience. Through the use of a sitemap, the website plan can be easily communicated to clients, developers, and other team members. This sitemap can also control the confusion that comes with new content, ensuring we aren’t creating duplicate content.
Design System

We use atomic design systems and effective interface design systems.
By using a design system, we can easily swap different representative content into the components to ensure they can handle the dynamic nature of your content.
Data Visualization
Pharmaceutical clients use the admin portal to monitor the clinical trial data collection. The visualized data can be transformed into a form that enhances the perception and analysis of this information. I provided strategic visualization to translate data into visuals for clients' needs. I work closely with the Science team to create dashboard to help our clients manage and monitor the data collection.
Final Product
Finally, we redesigned a fun and easy-to-use product. The new UI enhanced data visualization and integrated with the current design system.
